What exactly does Europace do?

We are Germany's largest financial marketplace for real estate financing, Bauspar products and personal loans. We shape and move markets. We bring banks and financial consultants together so that customers get the best financing.

"Development & Creation" is our purpose: We are an agile cross-functional team of Product Owners, Developers, Sales, Product Design and UX Research and design the leading B2B construction financing tool in Germany. Our focus is on developing ideas based on real problems of our users.

What do your tasks look like?

You work with our tech stack: Java, Spring (Boot), REST API, GraphQL, Messaging, MongoDB, Redis as well as the complete lifecycle via Jira, Github, CI/CD, AWS (including EKS, Lambda, S3) and microservice architectures.
Ideally, you also have experience in software development with Angular or similar.
You design new topics together with your colleagues.
You take a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
You extend our modularized monolith or develop new services.
You use our metrics, logs and tracings to do this.
You pair with your employees to learn and teach.

You work agile: Scrum with LeanUX.
You enjoy DevOps topics: CI/CD, monitoring, alerting and AWS (optional).
